Standing on guard as Ontario’s fastest-growing provider of custom replacement doors and windows, Sentry Window and Door needed a multifaceted marketing campaign that aligned with its strategic growth plan and provided a platform for a professional introduction to new marketplaces. Tasked with designing a continuum of marketing pieces, DMG went to work and created a Sentry mascot to serve as a symbol of the company and its commitment to the community, an extensive advertising campaign for radio, TV, print and social media, an updated and rebranded website, business cards, signage and a series of press releases announcing a growing retail presence, all harmonized for targeted customer outreach and overall brand awareness. As a family-owned business that permeates care and concern for its customers and staff, DMG seamlessly integrated Sentry’s core values into its marketing, knowing the company needed a personal approach that conveys quality, trust and a brand promise to its current customers, while also reaching expanding geographic markets.
