Sebastian got it started, and then our Vice President Liz Farano had her turn, now we move our Meet the DMG Team segment to our Online Marketing Director, Erin Pitkin.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Meet the DMG Team segment, it’s pretty simple. We ask one of our employees 8 questions about themselves, they answer and we post them online for all the world to see!

Here are 8 questions with Online Marketing Director, Erin Pitkin.

Q: How long have you been with Douglas Marketing Group?
A: According to LinkedIn 1 year – but I’ve been working at DMG for 15 months

Q: What was the worst part-time job you had growing up?
A: Washing dishes at the Kingsville Golf and Country Club – it’s what made me realize the value of an education.

Q: We’ve already declared you win the award for “most traveled” in the office, where was your favorite travel spot?
A: That’s too hard! I love everywhere I’ve traveled, all for different reasons. The most fun I’ve had on a trip would probably be when I went traveling in South East Asia with my best girlfriends. We got ourselves into all kinds of interesting situations and met loads of cool people along the way. It wasn’t a relaxing holiday by far but we made some great memories.

Q: What’s the one type of food you couldn’t live without?
A: Pizza – it’s so boring, but it’s true.

Q: How would you describe your time at DMG so far in 3 words?
A: Busy. Educational. Rewarding.

Q: What is your smartphone of choice? Plan on changing anytime soon?
A: iPhone. I switched when I moved back to Canada and really love it. I’m a Apple girl, what can I say, I’ll probably never change.

Q: Which of the blog posts on the DMG website did you enjoy reading the most?
A: Mine of course, they are very informative and fun to read 😉 J/K! I loved the one when Sebastian interviewed himself – I giggled all day.

Q: What is the best part of working at Douglas Marketing Group?
A: I think I’m supposed to say “the people” 😉 As well as the awesome people I work with, I have really cool clients to work with and projects to work on. I love that there is always something new, current, and technologically forward happening at DMG that I get to be a part of everyday.
